Exterior design
The Cadillac XT5 still features the classic shield-shaped grille at the front of the car. The black mesh has a concave treatment and is outlined with sharp lines, giving it a strong three-dimensional effect. The edges of the bonnet are also equipped with silver chrome trims to enhance the sense of luxury. The headlight clusters adopt a split design, with the vertical light strips creating a powerful look. The bottom of the rear is relatively wide and outlined by multiple horizontal decorative strips, stretching the visual width of the rear. The two tail light clusters on the sides are relatively wide in shape, linked by a chrome strip in the centre, and paired with two exhausts on each side, giving the overall shape a highly recognisable appearance.
Interior design
The Cadillac XT5 continues to adopt the family design language, with the interior wrapped in large areas of leather, and the details outlined by black painted panels and metal trims, enhancing the sense of luxury in the car. The centre is equipped with the popular 33-inch dual screen, and the air conditioning vents are separated. A row of physical buttons is also retained at the bottom, giving the operation a strong mechanical feel. The control area is equipped with knob-type control keys, cup holders for children, and some basic physical buttons. It is worth mentioning that the new car is equipped with a new style steering wheel and a knob-type gearshift mechanism, and the overall design has changed significantly.
